At the end of the school year or beginning of a new one, follow these steps:

  1. Archive your current classes to preserve their data

  2. Create new classes for the upcoming year

  3. When adding students to your new classes, search for existing students who are continuing from previous years

  4. Add new students as needed

This process allows you to maintain historical data while ensuring your existing students retain their data and login credentials as you set up fresh classes for the new school year.
