Adding educators to multiple classes

To add an educator to multiple classes at once:

  1. Under the MANAGE section, click on "School Directory"

  2. Select the "Educators" tab

  3. In the "Existing educators at your school" table, find the educator you want to manage

  4. In the Classes column, click "Manage Classes"

  5. In the popup modal, check the boxes for classes you want to add them to

  6. Uncheck any classes you want to remove them from

  7. Click "Save Changes" to apply your changes

Note: Adding an educator to a class gives them full access to view and manage student data for that class.
