How does YouHue work?

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Getting Started

Educators sign up at youhue.com and create their classroom in minutes. They add students by entering names or importing class lists. Students receive login credentials or join through educator-assisted sign-in for younger grades.

Daily Student Experience

Each day, students complete a mood check-in by selecting from emotion options tailored to their age group. They can add optional written reflections explaining their feelings or what's happening in their lives. The platform then may suggest brief activities based on their emotional state β€” like a breathing exercise for anxiety or a gratitude practice for sadness.

Educator Dashboard

Teachers access real-time data showing individual and class-wide emotional patterns. Color-coded indicators highlight students who may need attention. The dashboard displays trends over time, helping identify persistent challenges or improvements. AI-powered alerts notify educators of concerning entries requiring immediate attention.

Resource Delivery

Based on student data, educators can share targeted resources from YouHue's library β€” mindfulness exercises, coping strategies, or discussion prompts. These can be assigned to individual students or the whole class. Students complete activities at their own pace, with progress tracked in the system.
