My students can't log into their accounts, what steps can we take?

Ensure students have the correct Class Code and individual student passcodes. If they have logged in before, remind them that the Class Code is saved on their device, but they'll need their passcodes to sign in unless they've used Google login. If the issue persists, contact [email protected].
