My students are logging their emotions but the data isn't appearing on my account, what's wrong?

There are a few potential reasons why you may not be seeing the emotion logs from your students:

  • The students' devices may not be connected to the internet, preventing real-time data syncing.

  • It could be a data syncing issue on the platform itself.

To troubleshoot, please try the following steps:

  1. Ask students to check their internet connection and ensure they are connected.

  2. Log out and then log back into your educator account to refresh the data.
